Turgen mountain is part of the Kharkhiraa Turgen nature reserve, located 40km southwest of Ulaangom city, Uvs province.

Turgen's summit is 3,965 meters above sea level. Number of wild animals like ibex, snow leopard, argali sheep lives in this area.
It is one of the most picturesque destinations of Mongolia.
